Save Us
Transcending into this new era, where we can save lives by staying at home watching Netflix, has to be the biggest inconvenience we’ve ever had in these last 18 months. And to make matters worse, all schools have now been relegated to an online platform! Students now have to painstakingly wait another fifteen minutes in the morning, before waking up for Dear Education.
They are missing out on the rides to and from school, where they have the much-coveted opportunity to breathe in freshly minted pollution and smog. It is truly heart-wrenching to witness our incessant efforts into greying the skies be so spectacularly erased in a matter of months.
Students in higher grades now have classes lasting up to forty minutes! Their minds are collapsing into madness in all that free time! Goodness, what will they do with that void in their life? Certainly, productivity and hobbies cannot be honed during these dark times.
It is our last plea to Mother Nature, now. Save us from this delusion. Pull us out of the quicksand of our inhibitions, presumptions and stale perspectives. Save us with your grace.
